Our Mission
We are delighted to welcome you to Yeladenu Preschool. We take pride in being a small and nurturing pre-school that caters for the needs of each individual child. We provide a warm, caring environment which focuses on fostering a child’s independence and developing their creativity and imagination.
Children are accepted, throughout the year, from the term they turn 2 until they are ready to join the reception class of their chosen school.
This website is aimed at providing you with all the information you will need before your child starts at the Pre-School. We look forward to welcoming you to Yeladenu and to working closely with you to help your child achieve their potential.
Our Story
Welcome to Yeladenu Pre-School. We are very proud to be the only Jewish pre-school in Haringey. We provide a loving and nurturing environment for children from the term they turn 2 years old until they start Reception. We are a Jewish nursery but children of all faiths are welcome to join.
Established in 2004, Yeladenu Pre-School has become a familiar and popular nursery amongst members of the local community. We operate as a non-profit charitable organisation and are funded through donations – both private and from Haringey.
We are open term time Monday – Friday with the option of longer days on Monday – Thursday until 3.00 pm at an additional cost. We encourage children to learn through play. To take part in all activities, in a creative and fun environment covering the 7 areas of learning as laid out in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
